Honey Press 'Refurb' necessary

Following our massive 2023 heather harvest our poor pressing device just ran our of steam.

Thanks to the combined efforts of several supporters a new modified version of our old press was tested today. Although it showed great promise, it still requires a few refinements but we are getting there. The honey extracted today is super gorgeous though.

We have plenty to share.
