This is a tasty, pale and very hard set honey. It is similar to the consistancy of hard butter when used straight from the fridge.
We think it suggests that our Bees foraged at the Rape Seed fields situated nearby.
Our Sticky Sisters Hard Set Honey is still 100% pure & totally natural.
The honey is collected quickly from the frames and before it becomes hard. Initially the honey is soft and easy to extract but in a very short time as it naturally cools it hardens in the jar.
It is best kept at room temperature.
