This is a tasty pale and very hard set honey. It is similar to the consistency of chilled hard butter. 
It suggests that our Bees foraged at the Rape Seed fields situated nearby.

The honey is collected quickly from the frames and before it becomes hard.
Initially the honey is soft and easy to extract but in a very short time as it naturally cools it hardens in the jar.   
It is best kept at room temperature.
