This is harvested from bees living in the remote and picturesque location of Poors Common on The Hinton Admiral Estate in the New Forest.
Here, the bees have the perfect opportunity to forage on the blanket of gorse along with a wealth of other forest foraging opportunites in the summer months. Clear runny honey with a more substantial flavour.
