250g New Forest Local Honey with Lemon
We simply removed the oily outer rind of fresh lemons and submerged the skins into our honey. We remained patient and are then  rewarded with a truely unique lemon flavoured honey.
This citrus tasting honey is simply gorgeous drizzled on porridge or yogurt but equally delicious added to warm water to make a refreshing sweet drink. It is fantastic stirred into ginger tea.
It also makes an amazing 'hot toddy' when you combine a spoonful of lemon honey with a shot of whisky or rum and a little hot water. Wonderful for cold, wintery evenings.  
This Lemon honey is only packaged  in the 250g sized jar.
It's a little more expensive but a real treat.
